Built for the whole test

Your testing group.
With follow-through.

Finding people is only the beginning. Keep the daily work, the feedback, and the follow-up together, from the first install to your production application.

01 · The Pack

Sixteen developers. One shared goal.

Each member tests the other apps in the Pack, so every app gets up to 15 assigned testers on real phones.

02 · The check

Know where you stand.

Daily install checks and missed-check warnings make gaps visible before the test ends.

03 · The feedback

Make feedback useful.

Day 1, 7, and 13 checkpoints collect ratings, written feedback, and optional screenshots.

04 · The score

Reward follow-through.

Completed tests build reliability. Floater testers earn credits by helping fill open slots.

05 · The record

Keep the evidence.

Review your test history and prepare a factual summary for your production application.

From first build to better release

Less chasing testers.
More building.

A shared commitment, a clear process, and a dashboard that keeps the next step in sight.

A few things to know

Clear expectations.
Better testing.

TestersTrade is an independent community. Google Play decides production eligibility and approval.

Google’s testing requirements
What do I need to get started?

An Android phone with space for up to 15 test apps, a Google account, and a closed-testing release in Play Console. Connect the TestersTrade companion app and join the TestersTrade testers Google Group before listing your app. You commit to testing other members’ apps as they test yours.

How many testers will I get?

A full Pack has 16 developers, giving each app 15 assigned testers. A smaller Pack can form with at least 13 developers after a three-day wait. Assignment is not an opt-in guarantee: each tester must join your closed test in Google Play.

How long does matching take?

Matching depends on available developers. Packs normally form at 16 members; after the oldest queued app has waited 72 hours, a Pack can form with 13. There is no guaranteed start date. Testing starts as soon as the Pack forms.

Does an install check guarantee production access?

No. Install checks record whether an assigned app is installed. They do not verify continuous Google Play opt-in or prove meaningful use. Check eligibility in Play Console, act on feedback, and submit your own application. Google makes the approval decision.

What happens if a tester drops out?

After two missed daily checks, an assignment is dropped and the platform looks for an available replacement. Replacements depend on tester availability and credits. A new tester begins their own testing period; they do not inherit the previous tester’s days.

Is TestersTrade free?

Reciprocal testing is free during this community launch. Help other developers by testing their apps in return. Optional floater testing earns credits that can be used for replacement testers. No payment is required to join.
