Privacy Policy

TestersTrade (“we”) runs a tester exchange where Android developers test each other’s apps for Google Play closed testing. This policy covers the website and the TestersTrade companion Android app.
What we collect
- Account: your Google account name, email address and profile photo, from Google Sign-In.
- Apps you list: app name, package name and Google Play links.
- Install checks (companion app): once a day, whether each app you were assigned to test is installed on your device. We only check the assigned package names.
- Usage time (optional): if you grant Usage Access, the last time you opened each assigned test app. We don’t collect usage of any other app.
- Device: a random install ID and a device-integrity result from Google Play Integrity, used to prevent duplicate and fake accounts, plus your phone model and Android version.
- Feedback: ratings, issue tags, comments and screenshots you choose to submit.
- Notifications: a push token so we can send you reminders.
How we use it
- To match you into Packs and verify that testers keep assigned apps installed for the test period.
- To calculate credits and reliability scores.
- To send reminders and status notifications.
- To prevent fraud, such as multiple accounts on one device.
Who sees it
- Pack members see your name and Google email. Each developer must add their testers’ emails to their Google Play closed test. This is how Google Play testing works.
- App owners see, for their own app: whether your copy is installed, how many days were verified, and the feedback you submit, your phone model and Android version, and (if you granted Usage Access) on how many days you opened their app.
- Service providers: Google Firebase (hosting, database, authentication, messaging) and Vercel (website hosting) process data on our behalf.
- We don’t sell personal data and don’t use it for advertising.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. To delete your account and data, email the address below from your account’s email. We delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

TestersTrade is for developers aged 18 and over.
